Capital Financing

As a national community development financial institution (CDFI), we provide capital financing and training and technical assistance to increase primary care capacity and advance health equity.

Consulting

We partner with health centers and primary care practices to transform and sustain their operations. We provide consulting, practice coaching, and training to strengthen providers’ ability to offer effective, responsive, and integrated primary care in their communities.

We drive and support primary care policy initiatives at the federal, state, and local levels. We raise awareness and advocate for policies that increase investment and prioritize equity in primary care access, quality, and funding.
