Dr. Ilse Bell joins PCDC as Senior Program Manager. Dr. Bell is a results-oriented healthcare professional with extensive knowledge and application of medical home standards and best practices. She provides education and assistance to foster practice transformation to meet value-based payment program requirements, as well as guidance and assessment to assist with PCMH recognition. In her previous tenures, Dr. Bell worked for Amerigroup Community Care, NJ (Anthem), training practices in quality improvement, cost containment metrics and data analysis. She also served as the health plan liaison for the implementation of the Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative (CPCi) and the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) program in the New Jersey market. Dr. Bell received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Brown University and her Bachelor of Science in biology from Spelman College. Dr. Bell is a NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert and serves as a PCMH Evaluator for NCQA.
