Catherine Jones is the Director of Grants in the Clinical and Quality Partners team. She joined PCDC in 2020 to grow and drive grant fundraising strategies and resource development for the organization. Catherine works to develop and sustain programs that increase PCDC’s impact and advance its mission to strengthen primary care to achieve health equity. Prior to PCDC, Catherine worked as a grant writing consultant for a broad range of nonprofits. She was previously the Director of Development for MoFi, a community development financial institution serving several western states; she managed fundraising for the organization. Catherine holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from University of Florida and a Master of Fine Arts in creative writing from University of Montana.
