With the steady administration of the vaccine, a new phase of the COVID-19 pandemic is emerging allowing for increased in-person care and interaction. Nonetheless, the virtual model has now become a routine and sometimes preferred method of access for patients seeking care at primary care practices. The Staff Telehealth Satisfaction survey tool will allow decision makers to better gauge staff preferences in planning for future virtual care at the practice.
