Reimbursement for virtual services has offered new means of accessing primary care that encourage convenience and avoid the challenges of transportation that limited patients in the past. Nonetheless, telehealth visits pose new obstacles for patients who must navigate new technology and potentially less personal interactions. The Patient Telehealth Satisfaction survey may be used as a stand alone survey to gauge patient preference and experience or selective questions may be added into existing surveys.
