Warren Birchmore serves as the Senior Loan Officer for the New York State/Northeast Region at PCDC.
With over a decade of experience in banking, economic development, and mission-driven finance, Warren has worked closely with health care providers, nonprofits, and small businesses to help them access capital and financial resources that support sustainable growth and community impact. His professional background spans commercial lending, relationship management, and public sector finance, with a continued focus on serving underserved and historically underrepresented communities.
Warren holds an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from American International College.
