Thearada “Teddy” Namcharoen is an Associate on PCDC’s Capital Investment team, where she supports community health care projects that expand access to care through financial analysis, credit evaluation, and portfolio management.
She collaborates closely with underwriters and loan officers to prepare credit memos, monitor loan performance, and assess credit risk, delivering accurate and insightful reporting for management, investors, and other stakeholders.
Teddy brings extensive experience in finance, with a background in corporate banking, commercial real estate underwriting, and portfolio management. She has managed multi-million-dollar loan portfolios across diverse industries and has specialized training in credit analysis, customer due diligence, and BSA/AML compliance.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
Outside of work, Teddy is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, camping, and practicing yoga.
