Shimon Afriat joins PCDC as Interim Director of Administration, bringing a wealth of experience as a highly accomplished operations executive. His expertise spans operational strategy, cross-functional leadership, negotiations, data-driven decision-making, and continuous process improvement. In his recent endeavors, particularly amidst the transformative backdrop of the pandemic, Shimon played a pivotal role in skillfully navigating the success of TytoCare through a phase of exponential growth. During his tenure with Mobileye, Shimon was critical in the company’s successful IPO and a $15.3 billion acquisition by Intel. Equipped with a BS in Psychology and an MBA in Finance from Binghamton University, Shimon brings a balanced and comprehensive approach to business and organizational dynamics. His strategic acumen and commitment to excellence make him a valuable addition to the PCDC team.
