Shannon Lea is a Senior Program Manager in the Clinical and Quality Partners team. She joined PCDC in 2022 to support the revenue cycle needs of our primary care and our sexual and reproductive health provider partners.

Prior to joining PCDC, Shannon was the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Planned Parenthood South Atlantic, which serves patients in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. In addition, Shannon also oversaw grant and pledge funding for low-income and marginalized populations to ensure access to quality reproductive healthcare. She previously managed the Personal Care Services (PCS) Program at North Carolina’s Department of Health and Human Services – a statewide program to provide Medicaid beneficiaries with support for daily living activities – where she guaranteed that the day-to-day operations of the program functioned efficiently. Shannon also provided oversight of the PCS Program’s $400M operating budget and managed the multimillion-dollar Independent Assessment Entity and IT vendor contracts.
