Sandy Rozza joins PCDC as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Rozza has a deep knowledge of the local New York City government, with over 40 years of experience. She has directly overseen activities involving auditing, contracting with providers, as well as compliance with funding rules and regulations. As the Deputy Commissioner of Finance at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH), Ms. Rozza managed the agency’s budget, advised and supported agency divisions on all matters related to finance, and managed the fiscal and contractual relationships with Federal, State, and City oversight and funding agencies. Since leaving the DOHMH, Ms. Rozza has provided critical support in the non-profit finance space through the creation of policies and procedures to ensure sound financial activities.
