Nicole Maloney serves as a Senior Program Manager at PCDC. A public health professional with experience in primary care transformation, population health management, and value-based care, Nicole has held population health, quality improvement, and program leadership roles within Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and community-based care settings. In these roles, she has led initiatives focused on clinical quality, operational performance, and payer incentive optimization.

Nicole is passionate about advancing health equity by strengthening systems, using data to drive improvement, and supporting the long-term sustainability of safety-net providers. She holds a Master of Public Health in Global Health from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health and an A.B. in Social Anthropology from Harvard University.
