Jennifer Wichman joins PCDC as the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Compliance and Loan Closing Manager with over 12 years of experience in mission-based lending.
Following two years at a traditional bank, she began her career in community developing finance in 2012. She spent four years managing the lending arm of a CDFI/CDC – sourcing, underwriting, closing and servicing a portfolio of 11 different federal, state and local loan funds. She then accepted a position at the Executive Director for a small consumer CDFI for a year. Most recently, Jennifer spent seven years at a CDC in Phoenix, Arizona, starting as a Business Development Officer and advancing to VP, Closing Manager, where she successfully closed over 100 SBA 504 loans.
Jennifer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Dickinson State University.
