Christopher F. Koller is a Senior Advisor at Ariadne Labs, working on their Primary Health Care Systems Team. Before that, from 2013 to 2025, he was President of the Milbank Memorial Fund and Publisher of the Milbank Quarterly.
Prior to joining the Fund, he served the state of Rhode Island as the country’s first health insurance commissioner, and previously as CEO of Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island. He is a member of the National Academy of Medicine and serves in numerous national and state health policy advisory capacities. Mr. Koller is also adjunct professor of community health in the School of Public Health at Brown University.
