Brad Flewellen is a Senior Loan Officer at PCDC, where he manages lending activities across California and the western region. He brings experience in commercial banking, CDFI underwriting, and real estate development.
Prior to joining PCDC, Brad served as a Senior Underwriter at High Impact Financial, where he supported CDFIs investing in affordable housing, health care, charter schools, and other community development projects. He also founded and led CEF Realty Advisors, a real estate firm focused on residential sales, commercial acquisitions, investment analysis, and development project management. Earlier in his career, Brad worked as a bank examiner with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Brad holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Morehouse College.
