Andrew Masucci serves as a Senior Program Manager on the Consulting & Training team, where he supports the planning and execution of large-scale projects focused on advancing high-quality, accessible primary care. He brings experience in healthcare strategy, value-based care, and project management, working with health systems, hospitals, FQHCs, and other healthcare organizations to improve quality, operational performance, and financial sustainability.

Prior to joining PCDC, Andrew was a Senior Consultant at COPE Health Solutions, where he partnered with clients to build and optimize the necessary population health management capabilities and organizational infrastructure for success under value-based payment models. He was also previously a Consultant within the Office of Strategy Management at Yale New Haven Health, where he supported performance improvement and strategic initiatives across the health system to improve patient access, quality, and operational efficiency.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health Studies from Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
