On February 14, 2024, PCDC is hosting a free webinar on the NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Recognition program. For 15 years, PCMH recognition has been a powerful tool to improve the delivery of safe, timely, effective, efficient, patient-centered, and equitable services to patients. The program helps primary care providers achieve the quadruple aim of improved care outcomes, enhanced patient satisfaction, reduced health care cost, and heightened provider joy in the work.

This session will highlight key elements of the program, including eligibility to participate, the six competencies, and core criteria. At the end of the session, participants will have a strong foundation for deciding whether to apply for recognition or sustain annual recognition. Participants will also understand the return on investment and operational benefits of the program.
