The Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC) hosted the launch of the virtual Northeast Region Community of Practice (CoP). This CoP brought together experts who have lived experience and/or members of the community working to increase transgender health equity and gender affirming care. Participants engaged in a collective learning process which will include sharing knowledge, lessons learned, best practices, and resources to improve health care and HIV status neutral services for transgender communities.

At this session we covered:

• Discuss innovative practices on how to improve services for transgender persons
• Brainstorm ideas for future community of practice sessions
• Identify the needs of participants and discuss about how to make the community of practice most useful for your organization.
