Small Practice Management Essentials PCDC’s Small Practice Management Essentials course helps small primary care practices adopt and sustain organizational efficiencies to preserve their viability within their communities and the increasingly competitive health care landscape. Available free of charge, this self- paced online learning platform is designed to support employees at all levels – including future employees and people looking to make a career change – in small practices to (1) develop professionally and (2) contribute to the quality and success of the practice.

Criteria

Small, primary care and behavioral health care practices earning less than $15MM in annual revenue and with under 500 employees in California, New Jersey and New York are eligible for this no-cost program.

What to Expect

Practices enrolled in this program will receive 20 hours of coaching, training or technical assistance customized to their specific needs, all delivered by PCDC’s team of experts at no cost to the practice. Focus areas for these engagements can include improvements in quality, operations, care management, and financial performance, among others. Each engagement will include a proposal outlining a timeline of deliverables, agreed upon with a contract between PCDC and the practice.
