Economic Impact
Since 1993, PCDC has:
- Financed over 213 primary care projects valued at more than $1.4 billion in communities with the greatest health and economic needs
- Transformed 2.6 million square feet into state-of-the-art primary care practices
- Created over 19,000 jobs in low-income communities

- Expanded primary care access to 5 million patients in low-income communities through our partners and client health centers
- Made possible 4.6 million clinical visits through upgrades, renovations, and expansions of primary care practices
