VIDEO: Virtual Primary Care Summit Highlights

In November 2021, the Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC) hosted its virtual Primary Care Summit about “Closing the Equity Gap: Intentional Investing in Primary Care.”

This livestreamed event featured panelists Charlene Wong, MD, MSHP, Assistant Secretary for Children and Families at the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, and Shelina Davis, MPH, MSW, Chief Executive Officer of the Louisiana Public Health Institute (LPHI), and was moderated by Louise Cohen, CEO of PCDC.

The panel discussion centered on how we can bring sufficient investment into communities to deliver on the long-promised goal of better health care and healthier communities.
