PCDC presses for greater investment and reforms in New York State, including more than $1 billion to strengthen and expand primary care capacity through a “Medicaid Waiver” that would enable New York to invest federal funds to transform the health care system. And recognizing that the primary care crisis is national, PCDC is expanding its advocacy efforts beyond New York – helping form national coalitions, working with partners, and educating policy makers on the need for major patient-centered primary care investment to achieve the shared goal of strengthening and expanding primary care in every community.
With millions still needing good primary care, PCDC will be leading – every step of the way.
