Yael Lipton is a Training and Curriculum Development Specialist in the Clinical and Quality Partners team. She joined PCDC in 2016 to expand the organization’s training capacities in sexual and reproductive health, care coordination, motivational interviewing, patient-centered care, and health literacy. Yael has been creating, directing, and evaluating health education programming for over 15 years and has worked and consulted for a variety of public health organizations, including reproductive health organizations, federally qualified health centers, and community-based organizations. Yael’s trainings range from introductions to health care essentials to multiple-day intensive sessions for a wide range of professionals. Yael holds a bachelor’s in history from University of Wisconsin and a Master’s in Public Health from Emory University; she is also a Master Certified Health Education Specialist.
