Rachel House is a Senior Project Manager, Healthcare Finance and Business Operations, on the Clinical and Quality Partners team. She joined PCDC in 2022 to support and expand financial management consultative services and program development. Rachel is passionate about supporting primary care delivery by ensuring strong financial reporting, budgeting and analysis to inform and enable efficient operations. Prior to joining PCDC, Rachel’s previous experience includes project accountant and financial accountant roles for Cambia Health Solutions; specialty practice accounting for Change Healthcare; and practice and financial management roles for an integrated primary care practice. Rachel has a B.A. in History from Columbia University and a Post-Baccalaureate certificate in Accounting from Portland State University.
