Nicki Andrews is a Senior Program Manager in the Clinical and Quality Partners team; she joined PCDC in 2017 focused on practice transformation through coaching for Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) accreditation, project management training, and telehealth adoption. Prior to PCDC, Nicki served as Senior Care Coordinator and Case Manager for ICL (a multi-service behavioral health provider) and as a Director of Wellness for Mount Sinai Hospital. Throughout her career, Nicki has emphasized diversity and inclusion by helping practices recognize the needs of local communities, including the need for culturally informed care, and trained health care professionals in adopting agile project management strategies to tackle complex, system-wide initiatives. Nicki earned a Bachelor of Arts in advertising and marketing from Fashion Institute of Technology, SUNY, a master’s in public health with a dual focus on health policy and community health from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. She also holds numerous certificates in diversity and inclusion, credentials in project management from Drexel University, and is a PCMH Certified Content Expert through the National Committee for Quality Assurance in Washington, DC.
