Nancy Morisseau, MPH

Nancy Morisseau is a Senior Project Manager in the Clinical and Quality Partners team; she joined PCDC in 2022 focused on HIV, Gender Affirming and Integrated Care. Prior to PCDC, Nancy spent five years at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as a Program Manager in Sexual and Reproductive Justice and Project Officer in HIV Prevention. In these roles, she led Department-wide workshops on racial justice and health equity, oversaw the standup and operations of three COVID-19 vaccination centers serving 1,000+ per day, and managed community-based partnerships to address black maternal health disparities. Prior to the Deparmtent of Health, Nancy worked at Partners In Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and several community based organizations, serving disinvested communities. Nancy has also served communities directly through roles as Patient Navigator, Community Health Educator, and Care Coordinator. Nancy earned her bachelor’s in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University and her Master of Public Health in Global Health with a focus on Infections Disease and Human Rights from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University.
