Kristin Potterbusch is a Senior Program Manager in the Clinical and Quality Partners team. She joined PCDC in 2019 as program director to lead and grow a three-year Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) program for building the capacity and sustainability of Ryan White funded HIV/AIDS service providers across the country. She currently supports CDC-funded High Impact Prevention work, guiding AIDS Service Organizations, providers, and Departments of Health to integrate testing and treatment programming, and is involved in initiatives to advance and promote integrated care. Prior to PCDC, Kristin served as Director of HIV and Behavioral Health Integration for the SAMHSA-HRSA Center for Integrated Health Solutions, as Director of Special Projects for Mental Health First Aid with National Council for Behavioral Health, and as Director of Program Operations at Alosa Health. Kristin has overseen one of the first state legislature funded initiatives to reduce opioid prescriptions, served as Lead for SAMHSA’s Minority AIDS Initiative Continuum of Care, was a designated Liaison for Primary Care Behavioral Health Integration grantees, advised nonprofits on sustainable strategic portfolio growth, and has broadly provided expert advising (technical assistance) to health care entities such as federally qualified health centers, mental health centers, substance use treatment centers, and other providers to integrate siloed care. Kristin holds a bachelor’s in anthropology from Earlham College and a Master of Public Health in health promotion and behavioral science from University of Texas Houston.
