Henrietta joined PCDC in August 2012 and brings more than 15 years of management experience in the areas of project management, health care operations, training and behavioral health management. As a Senior Program Manager, Henrietta provides overall management and support around the CDC-funded High Impact Prevention (HIP) in Health Care program which also includes direct HIV prevention training and technical assistance to health care organizations across the country. Along with the Program Director, Henrietta provides direct oversight and support to the day to day management of HIP in Health Care team members and partners who works directly with our program. In addition, Henrietta works on and leads projects on the Patient-Centered Model Home and Care Management teams. Her enthusiastic and efficient work style is a testament to her long-standing commitment to community and public health. Henrietta has a bachelor’s of arts in psychology and a master's of public health in community health education from Hunter College in New York City. Henrietta is also certified as NCQA PCMH Content Expert Facilitator and is an active member in local community and serves as a volunteer American Sign Language Interpreter.
