Hannah Huntt is the Director of Communications. She joined PCDC in 2021 to amplify the work and mission of PCDC and position the organization as a leader in the CDFI and primary care communities. Over the last decade, Hannah has provided top-level health care communications strategy, brand development, and program management across both public and private sectors in a variety of roles.
Prior to PCDC, Hannah was an account director at DCG Communications, where she was responsible for overseeing a portfolio of industry-changing suicide prevention and behavioral health initiatives. Most recently, Hannah designed and implemented the national communications strategies for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ Suicide Prevention Program and PREVENTS, a Cabinet-level Federal interagency task force. Under this umbrella, she launched the REACH public health campaign, which reached more than 2.5 billion people and remains the field’s single largest investment in suicide prevention communications programming. Hannah has also served at the National Council for Behavioral Health (Project Manager, SAMHSA-HRSA Center for Integrated Health Solutions; Communications Manager) and The Salvation Army (Corporate and Community Development Manager; Public Relations and Fundraising Manager).
Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Asbury University and is currently completing a Master of Arts in Communication at the University of North Carolina.
