Eleanor joins PCDC as Senior Loan Officer. She is an experienced social impact investment and healthcare leader. Most recently, Eleanor was the Director of Social Impact Strategy at UnitedHealthcare, where she spent 7+ years leading UnitedHealthcare’s mission-aligned investment strategies that support capacity building in health and human services and affordable and supportive housing. She led an initiative that brought together FQHCs, public housing authorities, and community organizations to address health challenges in 18 communities across the US and efforts to develop a $100 million health & housing fund. Prior to United Healthcare, Eleanor was a Program Manager at John Hancock Research Center on Physical Activity, Nutrition, and Obesity Prevention where she managed research-based community health programs in 40 states. Eleanor has a BA in International Relations from Tufts University and a MS in Exercise Science/Public Health from Northeastern University. Eleanor is based in St. Paul, MN.
