Deborah Johnson Ingram is a Senior Director in the Clinical and Quality Partners team. She joined PCDC in 2010 to support Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Recognition and practice facilitation efforts. Deborah has overseen more than 1,000 successful PCMH site submissions and directs strategy and delivery of PCDC’s compliance and operations-focused initiatives. She also provides consulting on PCMH sustainability planning and implementation; ambulatory care practice operations; and efficiency improvements for primary care practices, health centers, and hospital systems. Deborah provides training on Quality Payment Program (QPP, historically known as Meaningful Use and Physician Quality Reporting System attestation) in addition to coding for PCMH quality. Prior to joining PCDC, Deborah was a Senior Clinical Practice Advisor for IPRO, the New York State quality improvement organization. She previously managed a dental practice for 10 years including practice’s financials, billing and coding, and operations. Deborah is a PCMH Certified Content Expert and has more than seven years of experience in facilitating electronic health records implementation. She received a bachelor’s in sociology from New York University and an Advanced Certificate in Public Health and Master of Public Health in epidemiology at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University.
