Anne Dyjak serves as PCDC’s Managing Director, responsible for leading the Capital Investment group. Anne is responsible for the establishment and implementation of PCDC’s strategy for increasing the access to capital in communities to achieve health equity. She oversees all facets of PCDC’s national lending practice, including program development, capitalization, business development, credit, and risk management. Anne joined PCDC in 2014 following a 30-year career in financial services, most recently with Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF), where she was Chief Investment Officer, Chief Credit Officer, and Vice President. Prior to joining NFF, she was the Northeast region Chief Operations Officer for the Special Asset division at Wachovia Bank, where she was responsible for the oversight of a $600 million portfolio of commercial business and commercial real estate loans. She has extensive experience in community development, consumer and commercial credit, financial analysis, management, strategic planning, risk management, and organizational development. She received her BS in economics from Rutgers University, and is active in community service, serving as Chair of the Lenders Coalition for Community Health Centers and on the Advisory Board for Boston Community Loan Fund.
