PCDC recently received the inaugural Advancing Access Award, presented by RubiconMD.

The award, which recognizes leaders who are expanding and enhancing primary care access, was presented to PCDC CEO Louise Cohen.

“Throughout her career, Louise’s focus has always been healthy equity for all,” said Carlos Reines, President and Co-Founder of RubiconMD, alongside CEO and Co-Founder Gil Addo.

In addition to sharing recent policy perspective, Cohen detailed how PCDC’s work — capital services, technical assistance, and advocacy — ensures “full and equal access to opportunities that enable healthy lives.”

“PCDC has been at this for 25 years, and we intend to be at it for as long as it takes,” she said.

Cohen also praised eConsults , whose provider-centered technology focuses on specialty consults for patients.

“We’re proud to be on this same pathway as RubiconMD, bringing people together for a common cause of strong, healthy communities,” Cohen said.
