Founded in 1993, the Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC) is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization and community development financial institution. We know that high-quality, affordable, and culturally competent primary care is one of the most critical components of a vibrant, thriving community, helping keep families healthy, children ready to learn, and adults able to pursue education and participate in the workforce. As a result, access to quality primary care, including preventative care, is a key social determinant of health and an essential building block towards achieving health equity.
PCDC strives to achieve excellence in primary care through providing affordable capital to expand health care access in disinvested communities, support practices to improve their performance and financial footing, and advocate for meaningful policy change to improve access to high-quality care for all.
PCDC is seeking an external consultant to help inform and enhance the organization’s capacity to offer culturally competent, dynamic, interactive, virtual and hybrid (combined virtual & in-person) training and technical assistance (T/TA) services.
