The first webinar provided an overview of the PCMH model and focused on the the first principle – patient-centered access – including its relation to HIV prevention, care, and treatment for people living with, or at risk for, HIV. We discussed common challenges practices face when implementing patient-centered principles, and provided some approaches for overcoming those barriers.
