Erin Girardi is a Senior Program Manager with the Clinical and Quality Partners team; she joined PCDC in 2023 with a focus on HIV Integrated Care & Practice Transformation. Prior to her role at PCDC, Erin worked at Kaleida Health, a large healthcare system in Buffalo, NY, managing a large portfolio of grants and programs focusing on addressing social determinants of health across their primary care clinics. During her tenure at Kaleida Health, Erin supported their pediatric primary care clinics in achieving PCMH re-certification. Before moving back to Buffalo, Erin’s focus has been in the sexual and reproductive health field, supporting programs and projects across large healthcare systems in New York City and Denver, primarily in federally qualified health centers and school-based health center settings.  For five years, Erin managed a sexual health education team/program across 19 school-based health centers operated by Denver Health. During her time in this role, she developed and conducted trainings for frontline staff across the healthcare system regarding sexual and reproductive healthcare, confidentiality, LGBTQ inclusive/affirming care, and adolescent care. Erin has served patients directly as a sexual health educator in various clinical settings. She holds a B.S. in Communications Disorders and Sciences from SUNY Geneseo and a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Community Health from Hunter College.
