Emily Frizzell is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at PCDC, where she leads efforts to elevate the organization’s brand, drive revenue growth, and advance its policy agenda. She brings a proven track record of success in marketing and communications leadership, most recently serving as Head of Marketing and Communications for the New York State Society of CPAs (NYCPA) for seven years. At NYCPA, she spearheaded brand-building initiatives, supported 14 chapters and three affiliates, and focused on pipeline development, education, and government relations. Her experience also includes marketing and communications leadership roles at Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) and the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency in the United Kingdom. Emily’s expertise in digital and traditional marketing, strategic planning, and government relations directly supports PCDC’s strategic goals. She holds an MBA in Marketing from London South Bank University and a BS in Public Affairs from Indiana University.
