PCDC CEO Louise Cohen has been named among the Notable Women in Health Care by Crain’s New York Business — her second consecutive appearance as an honoree.
The 2019 list recognizes 100 executives, providers, entrepreneurs, and scientists “who are committed to moving us toward gender equity in health care,” according to Crain’s.
“The Primary Care Development Corporation plays a key role in expanding and strengthening the primary care safety net. Louise Cohen is a national advocate for the 27 million Americans who rely on federally qualified health centers for their care,” Crain’s notes in a summary of her leadership.
