
As President and CEO of Opportunity Finance Network, Mark Pinsky is responsible for the vision and strategy of a national network of Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) dedicated to delivering responsible, affordable lending to help low-income and other disadvantaged people and communities join the economic mainstream.
During the interview, Pinsky discusses PCDC's 2012 partnership with the Institute for Family Health on a $30 million New Markets Tax Credit health center project. The Family Health Center of Harlem, a 37,000 square foot state-of-the-art community health center, will provide more than 85,000 primary care visits and create more than 200 jobs.
