Jean Paul Roggiero

Jean Paul joined PCDC in 2006 and assists healthcare facilities in creating and/or enhancing their emergency management programs. He has managed the Basic Primary Care EP Program, Advance Community Integration Services, as well as co-managed the Drills and Exercise program and assisted with the Adult Care Emergency Preparedness and Point of Dispensing Training programs. Jean Paul is the agency representative for NYC Citizens Corps Council and the Special Needs Taskforce and a member of the Primary Care Emergency Preparedness Network. Prior to joining PCDC, Jean Paul was Site Administrator for the Women Infant & Children Program within New York Presbyterian Hospital’s Ambulatory Clinic Network. He holds an MPA in Emergency and Disaster Management from Metropolitan College of New York and a BS in Health and Nutrition from Herbert H. Lehman College, City University of New York and is a Certified Emergency Manager.
