Fred Martin

Fred joined PCDC in 2011 and supports clients in adopting health information technology, performing quality assessments, quality improvement initiatives and fulfilling reporting requirements. Prior to PCDC, Fred worked at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, leading and supporting initiatives related to Clinical Pathology and quality information systems. Fred received his BS in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University and his MS in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University.
