Alan Mitchell

Alan has over 15 years of experience in the technology and non-profit sectors, and has been working with PCDC since 2008 to help clients to use health information technology effectively and adopt the medical home model. He served as project lead for PCDC’s New York State-funded HEAL-10 project in the Fort Drum region of Northern New York, which provided medical home and meaningful use services for more than 100 primary care providers. Alan received his BA from The College of William & Mary.
