Tom Manning

Tom joined PCDC in 1994 and oversees the organization’s lending operation, including underwriting, manages investor and borrower relations, and monitors PCDC's loan portfolio and overall market conditions. Tom also led PCDC’s initial effort to become a federally-designated Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and served as an advisor to foundations and other organizations launching community health efforts in several states and localities. Prior to PCDC, Tom worked with the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the State of New York Mortgage Agency, and the Mayor's Office of Management and Budget. Tom received his BA from Columbia University and an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
