William O'Brien

William joined PCDC in 2011 and brings over 15 years of experience leading credit and lending platforms. In his role as Chief Credit Officer, he provides oversight, direction, credit information, and loan policies and procedures to ensure the quality of PCDC’s $80 million lending portfolio. Prior to joining PCDC, he was Senior Vice President of IKB Capital Corporation, leading the company’s portfolio management activities, including providing credit risk oversight of over $2 billion credit exposure. William has also served as Vice President of Fortis Bank, Associate Vice President of Banca CRT and Senior Credit Analyst of Credit Lyonnais. He received a BA from Cathedral College, an MA from New York University and an MBA in Finance from Manhattan College.
