Reema Fakih

Reema joined PCDC in 2009 as a member of the Capital Investment team. She brings a wealth of experience in community development, nonprofit finance, and portfolio management to her role. Prior to PCDC, Reema was a portfolio manager at Merrill Lynch Community Development Company (MLCDC), where she oversaw a community lending portfolio that included Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), affordable housing developers, and small business funds. In addition, she was responsible for MLCDC compliance and monitoring for its New Markets Tax Credits program. Reema received her BA and MA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Mumbai and her MPA from the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service at New York University.
