Amber Carter Randolph

Amber joined PCDC in 2009 and oversees several projects in PCDC’s lending portfolio. Prior to PCDC, Amber worked at the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles (CRA/LA) as a Senior Finance Officer where she was responsible for the management of a $75 million allocation of New Market Tax Credit awarded to the City by the CDFI Fund. Amber received a BA from the University of California at Santa Cruz and an MUP from the University of California, Los Angeles.
