Stephen Acquario, JD

Stephen Acquario is Executive Director/General Counsel of the New York State Association of Counties (NYSAC) where he coordinates and prioritizes legal and legislative strategies of New York State’s 62 county governments. He previously served as NYSAC’s Legislative Director and General Counsel. In January 2011, Mr. Acquario was selected as a member of Governor Andrew Cuomo's Medicaid Redesign Team.
