Daniel Dey

Daniel T. Dey, FACHE has been the President/Chief Executive Officer of Northern Oswego County Health Services Inc. since 2007. Mr. Dey holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Science from Nazareth College in Rochester, New York. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Healthcare Systems Management from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Mr. Dey has been affiliated with several professional healthcare organizations. He served as the President of the New York State Ambulatory Health Care Association, is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, and is a Board member of the Primary Care Development Corporation based in New York City. He served as Chairman of the Rural Health Network of Oswego County. He is actively engaged in community service and is the Past President of Camp Stella Maris in Livonia, N.Y., was the President of the 340-member Rochester (N.Y.) Rotary Club during the 2006-2007 year, served on the Community Services Committee of Unity Health System in Rochester, and contributes as a lector in his local church.
