Daniel Dey

Daniel T. Dey is Chief Executive Officer of Northern Oswego County Health Services, Inc. (NOCHSI) and Pulaski Health Center. Mr. Dey brings with him more than 25 years of experience in healthcare administration, from his work with skilled nursing facilities to other community health centers in New York State, to NOCHSI. After working as an administrative resident at Millard Fillmore Hospital in Buffalo, Mr. Dey served in the United States Navy as Assistant Medical Administrative Officer and Medical Administrative Officer from 1982-1985. From there, he continued to work in the Navy Reserve until 1995 while serving as Executive Director for health centers in Clayton and Rochester, New York. Mr. Dey has also served as a consultant for Whitney M. Young Jr. Health Services in Albany, New York, where he led the start-up and initial operation of three school-based health centers within the Central School District of Albany, New York.
