Caleb DesRosiers is an independent healthcare consultant working with numerous pharmaceutical and healthcare corporations. Prior to his consulting business, Mr. DesRosiers served as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of HillCo Health and Director of Public Policy for Hoffmann-La Roche Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Hoffmann-La Roche Pharmaceuticals, he served in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in Washington, DC as Special Assistant to the Administrator’s Office and the Office of Strategic Operations and Regulatory Affairs where he worked on implementation of the Medicare Modernization Act of 2003.
