Caleb DesRosiers, JD, MPA

Caleb DesRosiers joined Foley Hoag in 2012 and currently serves as Counsel to its Health Care Practice and Government Strategies Group. Prior to joining Foley Hoag, Mr. DesRosiers managed a private consulting business, working with numerous pharmaceutical and healthcare corporations. Mr. DesRosiers has also served as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of HillCo Health and Director of Public Policy for Hoffmann-La Roche Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Hoffmann-La Roche Pharmaceuticals, he served in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in Washington, DC as Special Assistant to the Administrator’s Office and the Office of Strategic Operations and Regulatory Affairs where he worked on implementation of the Medicare Modernization Act of 2003. Mr. DesRosier received his JD and MPA from Suffolk University.
